The Cliffs at High Carolina had a visit this weekend by their golf course designer, Tiger Woods. The golf course at High Carolina is Tiger Woods first American design. The course which is still being developed currently has several areas cleared where fairways will be built. Tiger has already redesigned hole number nine three times in order to take advantage of the optimum sunlight. It is Tiger's intention to create something that people will remember and want to come back to, a course that players will not forget. Tiger is also going to emphasize the breathtaking views of the distant mountains from the course at High Carolina.

The Cliffs at High Carolina has closed on about thirty lots this past year with a half dozen more under contract. The majority of the sales were in recent months. Tiger is said to have had a great impact on the interest in High Carolina resulting in 29,000 inquiries from prospects interested because of Woods and now the property tours are booked solid for the next three months.
